What if I told you there’s nothing wrong with you?

What if everything you’ve been told was a “symptom” is actually a normal response to decades of masking, overcompensating, and pushing yourself to play by rules that weren’t made for you?

What if you could stop trying to “fix” yourself and start building a life that actually works for you?

I’m Dr. Jess, a Clinical Psychologist and Neurodivergence Coach. I’ve spent years helping successful-but-struggling neurodivergent adults understand the truth no one else told them:

You don’t need more discipline, a better planner, or to be more flexible.

You need to stop fighting yourself and start changing your environment.

While conducting psychological evaluations, I worked with hundreds of neurodivergent adults who’d been misdiagnosed and spent years following advice that didn’t improve their lives, leaving them feeling like they were the real problem.

I told them neurodivergence is a difference, not a flaw.

I told them there is nothing wrong with them.

Time and time again, people told me hearing that impacted them more than years of therapy.

They asked how they could keep working with me to learn how to apply my message to their lives, but our evaluation was complete, and I don’t believe in providing therapy for something I don’t see as a “disorder.”

Instead, I created the coaching philosophy I’ve used to help countless neurodivergent adults make their lives easier, happier, and more fulfilling in just 12 weeks.

I can do it for you, too!

This is not therapy.

This is not productivity coaching.

This will change your life.

I offer private, high-level coaching for neurodivergent adults who are ready to make real, lasting change in their lives without changing who they are.

Just 12 weeks of coaching can empower you to:

  • reclaim the time, energy, and mental clarity that’s constantly slipping away

  • stop forcing yourself into neurotypical expectations that are crushing you

  • create real structure, support, and systems that actually align with how your brain works

  • lose the belief that you’re broken, failing, or need to work harder to deserve an easier, happier life

  • trade perfectionism and fear of rejection for the confidence to be who you are wherever you are

If you’re ready to stop burning yourself out trying to be something you’re not, let’s talk.
