You’ve been told you’re the problem.

I’m here to tell you the truth.

You’ve spent your entire life trying to be better —more productive, more organized, more in control.

You’ve tried therapy, medication, self-help books, and every organization and productivity system out there. And yet, you’re still exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering why life feels harder than it should.

Here’s what no one told you: Your struggles aren’t personal failures. They are normal responses to years of masking, overcompensating, and trying to survive in a system that was never built for you.

I know this because I’ve told countless neurodivergent adults exactly that — and watched it change their lives in an instant.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I developed a specialty in correcting misdiagnoses of neurodivergent adults. Most of them were ambitious and successful, but got no relief after years of doing everything they were told to recover from depression, anxiety, and other serious problems.

Because nothing worked, they concluded — and were often told — the problem must be them.

But I knew it wasn’t, and told them that neurodivergent people often struggle with those things — but not because they’re mentally ill. I assured them that those “symptoms” are absolutely normal when you’ve been corrected for being yourself and spent your life pushing yourself to succeed against standards that never fit you.

The responses I got were things like:

  • “That makes so much sense! Why has no one ever told me this before?”

  • “This explains my entire life!”

  • “Hearing that from you in five minutes helped me more than years of therapy ever did.”

I realized that THIS — giving neurodivergent adults the permission to stop fighting themselves and start building a life that actually works for them — was the work I was meant to do.

In traditional mental health systems, unhappy, exhausted neurodivergent adults can spend years in therapy trying to get “well” without hearing the truth:

  • The solutions aren’t working because they’re for problems you don’t have.

  • There’s nothing wrong with you.

  • You don’t need to “fix” yourself.

  • What you need to change your life is a different approach — one that works with your brain, not against it.

That’s why I created a 12-week, high-level coaching experience for high-achieving neurodivergent adults who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start making real, sustainable change for an easier, happier life.

It’s not therapy, productivity coaching, or mindset work.

It’s a radical shift in the way you approach your life — so you can finally stop exhausting yourself and start thriving.

A little about me

Long before my training and experience as a Clinical Psychologist, I learned about neurodivergence as a young mother fighting like hell against systems that punished my brilliant autistic son for being himself.

By the time I was diagnosed with ADHD years later, he and my daughter were adults, and I’d accomplished a lot, but always felt I should be doing more and better. I also realized I was unknowingly presenting a hollow, incomplete version of myself to almost everyone — even me. It took a long time to see how it was all connected and even longer to change it, but once I figured it out, it became my mission to make the journey easier for as many people as possible.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually spending time with my wife, who keeps me laughing and grounded, and our four rescue dogs and four rescue cats. I love doing anything with my kids, cooking, watching movies, going to concerts, and helping neurodivergent adults create lives that work for who they are and what matters to them.

If you’re ready to finally hear the truth, let’s talk.

I offer private coaching for neurodivergent adults who are ready to step off the treadmill of exhaustion, perfectionism, and overcompensation to create lives that work for them.
