True to You:

An 8-Week Journey Toward Lasting Happiness Through Self-Acceptance

for high-achieving neurodivergent adults who are DONE trying to "fix" themselves.

You've spent years — maybe your whole life — trying to keep up, work harder, and do better. You’ve read every book, tried every system, and pushed yourself to meet the highest standards, but no matter how much you achieve, it still feels harder than it should. It’s made you feel that there must be something wrong with you, because no one told you the truth: You were never meant to be like everyone else.

You’ve been playing by rules that weren’t designed for your success and blaming yourself for the ways they’ve held you back ~ but you’re not the problem. Let me show you a better way to live.

Welcome to True to You, an 8-week group coaching experience that will change the way you see yourself forever.

This is not another "productivity for neurodivergent people" program. This is a radical shift in how you understand yourself, your brain, and your life.

What You’ll Gain from This Program:

* A blueprint for living on your terms — without burning out, selling out, or playing small.

* The answer, finally, to the question you’ve been asking for years, “What is wrong with me?” (Spoiler: The answer is NOTHING, but I know you don’t believe it - YET.)

* Unapologetic confidence in who you actually are — with no guilt, no shame, no over-explaining, no shrinking yourself to please other people.

* The power to define and get what YOU want, prioritize what matters to YOU, and do what makes YOU happy.

Who This Is For

This program is for neurodivergent adults who are tired of living in survival mode. You might relate to some of these:

* It feels like you’ve tried everything to make your life just a little easier, but nothing has.

* You’ve been diagnosed with things like anxiety or depression — but treatment hasn’t worked and those labels never felt like the full story.

* You feel like you're constantly letting yourself down, even when you're outwardly successful.

* You know you’re neurodivergent, but have been told you can do things just like neurotypical people if you just try hard enough.

* You’re starting to see that life’s too short to waste hiding yourself, blaming yourself, and trying to change yourself.

If this is you, you don’t need more coping strategies. You need a whole new way of seeing yourself. And that’s exactly what this program offers.

Why This Is Different ~ and why it will change your life!

Forget “coping strategies” and “productivity hacks.” You don’t need another plan for forcing yourself to fit into a system that wasn’t designed for you.

This is about rewriting the rules entirely.

Dr. Jess is seated wearing a striped sweater and smiling

As a Clinical Psychologist, a neurodivergent person myself, and the parent of a neurodivergent adult, I’ve lived this from every angle. I’ve spent my career watching neurodivergent people be misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and taught that their struggles were personal failings instead of inevitable consequences of a world that wasn’t designed for them.

This is the program I wish had existed sooner — because when you stop fighting yourself and start trusting yourself, everything changes.

To help you understand and apply what you’re learning, you can ask me questions and request my guidance through private text & voice memo coaching.

What makes the True to You program unique for neurodivergent people?

The True to You course is specifically designed to correct the misinformation and harmful messaging that causes most neurodivergent people to see themselves as flawed. The curriculum, group coaching sessions, and text & voice memo coaching are tailored to honor and leverage neurodivergent adults’ strengths to help make your life easier and happier.

Can the True to You program help me stop masking?

Yes! You’ll learn how to embrace your authentic self and create a life that aligns with who you truly are.

How do the True to You program video lessons work?

The True to You curriculum includes 7 sequential learning modules with accompanying activities. You’re encouraged to watch one video lesson and complete its activity each week to make the best use of the 8-week program, but you have your full enrollment period to complete the modules at your convenience.

How does the True to You program group coaching work?

I provide participants direct coaching around any aspect of the True to You program during weekly, live sessions. You’ll have the opportunity to present challenges you’re facing personally and learn by observing other neurodivergent adults receive real-time coaching around experiences you may have in common. You’ll also have exclusive access to recordings of the live coaching sessions to watch at your convenience.

How does the True to You program text & voice memo coaching work?

You can send me text or voice messages whenever you need me to answer a question or provide guidance to help you navigate challenges. I’ll provide a private, personal response within 24 hours during my available response window Monday through Friday with clear information and actionable steps you can take right away to keep moving toward the easier, happier live you want.

How will the True to You program benefit me?

After completing the True to You program, you can expect to feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and prepared to manage both current and future challenges with the skills and understanding you need to create lasting happiness through authentic living.

Is the True to You program a treatment for ADHD or autism?

Absolutely not! Treatment is a clinical intervention designed to “cure” or reduce the “symptoms” of a disease or disorder. I believe neurodivergence is an essential part of normal human variability that should not be “cured,” eradicated, or hidden. I designed the True to You program to provide the information, perspectives, and strategies neurodivergent adults need to escape the limitations that have caused them to hide, reject, and try to “fix” aspects of their authentic selves so they can define and reach goals that matter to them.
