  • Group coaching sessions are open to all registered group members, though participation in live sessions is not required. During each session, group members can indicate interest in being coached on a topic of their choice; several are selected by Dr. Jess to receive brief, direct coaching that addresses the individual member's concern with information and guidance intended to benefit all members. A portion of the session is reserved for Dr. Jess to read and answer questions pre-submitted by members. Members also have access to recordings of sessions that occur within their membership term. During office hours sessions, members can receive live, direct coaching via text or voice message. Members who are not available during office hours may submit messages ahead of time and will receive responses during scheduled sessions. All coaching is provided by Dr. Jess.
